•  Location: An Nhut Tan Commune, Tan Tru District. Long An Province. Characteristic:

-   Being adjacent of Vam Co River that is important inland waterways direct access to provinces of Mekong Delta and Southern Vietnam's Eastern provinces.

-   Being adjacent of Province No.832 linking with National Highway 1A and 5km from it.

- Located in Tan An Town, where is Long An Province's centre of economic, politic and cultural, gateway connecting Ho Chi Minh City to the provinces of the Lower Mekong Delta Basin.

- Adjacent to Provincial Road 833, connecting National Highway 1A and 2.5km from it.

- Adjacent to Vam Co Tay River, which is important transport line to East Sea and provinces of Mekong Delta and other areas by waterways.

- From the centre of HCM City and My Tho City of 45km and 27km; 9km from Ben Luc Townlet and industrial zones of Ben Luc district.
