Cau Tram Industrial Park

• Area: 100.8 hectares. Base on Approval Decision No 1556/QD-UB date April 24^th, 2003 of People Committee of Long An Province in detail planning.

 

• Location: Long Trach Commune, Can Duoc District, Long An Province. Characteristic: 

- Adjacent to Provincial Road 826 linking with National Highway1A andNational Highway 50; 24km from the centre of HCM City; 20km from

  the centre of Cho Lon downtown.

- 30km from Saigon Port, 28km from Nha Be Port, 11km from Bourbon Port.

- Between 3 large residential areas including Ben Luc Townlet, Can Duoc Townlet (Long An province), and Binh Chanh (HCM City).

• Location: Long Dinh and Long Cang Commune, Can Duoc District, Long An Province. Characteristic:

- Contiguous to Thuan Dao industrial park, adjacent to trans-district route (Village Road 16) which it connects National Highway No. 1A and only 3km from it; 18km from Nguyen Van Linh Blvd (North Nha Be South Binh Chanh Route) and 5km from the Ben Luc intersection of HCM City-Can Tho expressway that is planning to build.

- Near to Bourbon river port and Vam Co Dong river that is important waterways direct access to the sea and provinces of Mekong Delta.

- 27km from centre of HCM City and 18km from Tan An Town.

- 30km from Tan Son Nhat Int’l Airport, and 24km from Saigon Port.
